On Wednesday, comedian Stephen Colbert mocked President Donald Trump's approval rating.
There wasn't a significant difference in Trump's approval rating after Attorney General Bill Barr released his conclusion of special counsel Robert Mueller's report.
"A new Morning Consult/Politico survey conducted after Attorney General William Barr released his summary of Mueller’s findings shows a negligible immediate effect on how the public views the president," a report from Morning Consult said.
Colbert joked that people actually liked Trump less after Barr concluded that the president and his team did not conspire with Russia.
"It's the difference of ... nothing matters anymore," Colbert joked. "Barr's report on the Mueller report changed nobody's mind about Donald Trump."
A CNN poll also shows that 1 in 4 Republicans also don't believe Trump was exonerated.
"After finding out that he did not conclude with the Russians people liked him less," he said. "I was hoping he was controlled by Putin because that guy knows what he is talking about unlike President Num-nuts over here."
