President Donald Trump complimented himself during a speech Tuesday at a Mack Truck manufacturing facility in Macungie, Pennsylvania, for creating a new nickname for the Democratic Party.

Trump began calling Democrats the "Dumocrats," a phrase he has used in multiple Truth Social posts.

The nickname replaces the "E" in Democrats with a "U."

During his remarks, Trump praised his own ingenuity in developing the term.

"I changed the E for a U. It's very simple. Dumocrats. It's very simple. I don't know why I didn't think of that nine years ago," he said.

The President explained his reasoning for using the nickname, arguing, "I call them that because their policies are so dumb."
