Elon Musk said to be ‘freaking out’ over forthcoming expose: ‘The bully is mad’

Tesla CEO Elon Musk is set to be “unmasked” in a forthcoming documentary simply titled “Musk,” and the billionaire Trump ally was said Thursday to be “freaking out” over its impending release.

Musk took an outsized role in the 2024 presidential election, having contributed more than $259 million to support President Donald Trump’s campaign. Musk also had access to an unprecedented amount of data on American citizens during his time leading the short-lived Department of Government Efficiency, or DOGE.

Set to be released theatrically in the United States on Oct. 16, “Musk” is written and directed by documentary filmmaker Alex Gibney, and a preview of the film from The Hollywood Reporter revealed this week that the documentary may expose the billionaire as “among the most dangerous” men “on earth.”

“The reason Elon Musk is freaking out about this upcoming documentary is because it is by Alex Gibney — one of the world's best accountability journalists/documentarians,” wrote journalist David Sirota Thursday in a social media post on X. “Musk knows Alex doesn't pull punches, doesn't cower and won't be bullied — and so the bully is mad.”

Per The Hollywood Reporter, the documentary will also reveal new details regarding Musk’s bizarre comments in the lead-up to the 2024 election, including remarks that he was aware of the election results “hours” before they were made public with the help of a secretive satellite program that collects “real-time data.”

Those comments were first revealed by Ashley St. Clair, a former MAGA figure and mother to one of Musk’s 14 known children, the majority of whom were conceived by means other than natural conception, and whom Musk has referred to as his “legion.”

Musk had previously called the documentary a “hit piece,” and called Gibney a “douche.”
