Screaming MAGA pollster pens GOP's obituary: 'We got creamed for a generation!'

A prominent pollster aligned with the MAGA movement erupted Tuesday night as Democrats swept the midterms in historic fashion, declaring his own party dead for an entire generation and pinning the blame on two of the right’s biggest media stars.

“It’s humiliating!” shouted Rich Baris, director of Big Data Poll and host of “Inside the Numbers with the People’s Pundit,” speaking during a livestream Tuesday night.

Democrats are projected to secure at least 258 seats in the House, which would be the party’s strongest House majority, excluding a brief period lasting less than two months in 2009, in more than three decades. Democrats are also projected to retake control of the Senate with a 54- to 56-seat majority.

As the election results came in, Baris could be seen growing increasingly frustrated. That frustration came to a head late Tuesday night when the scale of Democrats’ victory became apparent.

Shouting loudly, Baris laid the GOP shellacking squarely at the feet of conservative media figures Ben Shapiro and Mark Levin, two vocal champions of both Israel — which has pushed the United States to attack Iran since at least the 1990s — and President Donald Trump’s deeply unpopular war against Iran.

“Now look at you fools, Ben Shapiro and Mark Levin betraying Trump. Ben Shapiro and Mark Levin betrayed America, and they did so for the nation that they’re loyal to,” Baris said.

“I am so over it! I am not going to be shamed or bullied into not being able to say what everyone knows is true: we have foreign agents in this country, they have a ton of money, but they are loyal to a foreign nation! I’m tired of it!”

Baris’ fury then shifted to Laura Loomer, a prominent pro-Israel MAGA influencer with “breathtaking influence” in the Trump administration.

“I’ve got people from the National Security Council calling me like I’m their psychiatrist or something saying that it’s a real problem that there is a foreign agent in the president’s ear,” Baris said. “‘I’m on the National Security Council and I can’t do anything about it,’ [they tell me].”

Baris then took aim at Levin’s son-in-law, David Milstein, a top aide to Mike Huckabee, the U.S. ambassador to Israel. Milstein sparked outrage last month after being accused of suppressing reports on behalf of Israel, including by “stonewalling” U.S. lawmakers’ probes into Israeli killings of Americans.

“I’m sick of this, guys!” Baris shouted. “Look, we just got creamed for a generation! Doesn’t anyone understand the magnitude of tonight? I’m gonna be 60 years old when we clean this up — 60!”
