The role of the First Lady has evolved over the last 250 years, but the overwhelming responsibilities of her public-facing duties have historically been based in maintaining the dignity of the Office of the President. She represents America on the global stage and acts as her husband’s best representative when he can’t be somewhere. Regardless of political party, the First Lady should have a dignified past and a genuine love for both her husband and her country.
This is not that.

The First Lady is also not supposed to create ill will with our allies or go after individual citizens while assisting her husband in vandalizing the White House.
No matter how hard the White House Press Office tries to spin the truth about her, Melania Trump is the most unpopular First Lady in American history because she hates both her husband and this country. She has made it clear that she would rather be anywhere but next to Donald, but she also has made millions by not walking away from him, no matter how many times he publicly humiliates her.
But right now the White House is claiming that the same woman who famously wore a jacket that declared she doesn't care played a significant role in getting Vladimir Putin to declare a temporary ceasefire in Ukraine to deliver much-needed humanitarian aid.
It was actually Pope Leo XI, who was still in the hospital recovering from lung cancer surgery when he called Russian dictator Vladimir Putin earlier this month to persuade him to allow for the delivery of much-needed supplies like food and first aid. Three days later, the Pope also called President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and was credited with initiating the ceasefire effort.
So just how did Melania steal his clout?
She simply took a page out of her husband’s playbook and declared it as a fact. Melania stood up at a United Nations General Assembly session and claimed she and a representative “worked directly with Russian and Ukrainian leadership” as the "exclusive intermediary” to bring about the ceasefire, which is set to begin on October 29th.
In a correlating statement, Melania claimed that "it was abundantly clear that without my intervention, the possibility to bring humanitarian aid into the city and to evacuate the elderly would be impossible," without mentioning Pope Leo XI.
And that’s just not true. It’s a blatant lie that MAGA is spreading as fact, which is also adding to her husband’s beef with the Pope.
It’s so embarrassing to have them BEEFING WITH THE POPE. Once again, you have to imagine if Jill Biden was at the U.N. and used her speech to lie to the world, and then double down when challenged with facts and timestamps.
But it’s not the first time Melania has lied about her accomplishments or stolen valor from better human beings, including her 2016 Republican National Convention speech that was strikingly similar to one given by Michelle Obama in 2008.
Weird, huh? Who could’ve guessed that the same woman who never wanted to move to Washington, turned the White House into the blood-red Handmaid’s Tale Death Forest at Christmas, and paved over Jackie Kennedy’s Rose Garden is just as bad as her husband?
Aside from being snotty to the Pope, Melania has decided it’s perfectly fine to personally attack a political influencer for *checks Twitter* tweeting about her.
Joanne Carducci, aka “JoJo From Jerz,” wrote on Substack of threats of legal action after she somehow incurred the wrath of Melania simply for doing what all other liberal social media users do, which is drag the hell out of all Trumps not named Mary. What seems to have set Melania off is being mocked for promoting women's empowerment initiatives and then being called a “bully,” which is the least worst thing I’ve seen anyone say about her. Jo and I are cut from the same Jersey cloth, so this one seems extra personal.
“Honestly,” Jo told me via Twitter DM, “I wish that the first lady of the United States of America were busier focusing on things that genuinely make the lives of the American people better instead of focusing on silencing a single mom in New Jersey, who criticizes her.”
That’s real talk.
I’m baffled that Melania stayed with Donald after his first term, because she never wanted to be First Lady or move to DC in the first place. He’s never stopped humiliating her, so what was her incentive to stay with him after the world learned about Stormy Daniels?
Melania’s paycheck must be significant enough to stay miserable in her marriage to the MAGA Mook who’s clearly in the late stages of dementia. Maybe she’s focusing on JoJo because she can’t take her anger out on Donald, but her apparent targeting of an American citizen for calling her a bully is exactly what a bully would do. Melania learned how to be a cowardly litigious bully from him, believing the threat is enough. They both love to threaten lawsuits, yet keep forgetting about discovery.
Donald Trump blocked me in August 2015 for telling the truth, and Melania can do the same instead of blowing up a citizen’s life like the bully she is.
