Fox News host tells Democrats to 'reject your crazies' — then defends 'not crazy' Trump

Fox News' Greg Gutfeld insisted on Wednesday's edition of "The Five" that the Democratic Party needs to do more to reject their "crazies" the way Republicans do — then laughingly dismissed Democratic counterpart Jessica Tarlov when she pointed out they have done nothing to reject former President Donald Trump, who easily won renomination for the third time in a row despite inciting a riot at the U.S. Capitol four years ago.

"You know, we reject our crazies," said Gutfeld. "It's time for you guys to reject them. Give me a crazy person. I'll reject 'em."

"Donald Trump," Tarlov shot back....

'His unit thinks he's a coward!' Shouting erupts on Fox News over Walz's military service

'His unit thinks he's a coward!' Shouting erupts on Fox News over Walz's military service

A panel on Fox News' "The Five" erupted into chaos on Wednesday when resident Democratic commentator Jessica Tarlov chided the rest of the group for echoing the Trump campaign's attacks on Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz's military service, following his selection as Vice President Kamala Harris' running mate.

Specifically, Trump's running mate, Sen. J.D. Vance's claim that Walz, who served in the Army National Guard for decades, abandoned his unit by retiring just before he was deployed to Iraq — even though those orders came several months after Walz retired to run for Congress, and even though neither Walz nor Vance ever served in a combat role.

"So obviously, this was going to come up because the Trump campaign manager was the one behind the John Kerry Swift Boat attack, which was obviously very persuasive to people," said Tarlov. "He served for 24 years, honorably, then he stopped to run for Congress on a platform of ending the war, and I don't think that anyone, especially with Donald Trump at the top of a ticket, he dodged the draft four or five times, bone spurs, Captain Bone Spurs."...

Fox News host compares Joe Biden's 'last chapter' to 'final days of Hitler'

A giddy Fox News host celebrated his chance Thursday to finally compare President Joe Biden to Adolf Hitler in an apparent attempt to clap back on critics who've done the same to former President Donald Trump.

Greg Gutfeld shared on "The Five" that Biden is "slow-walking his exit literally and figuratively" from the 2024 presidential race. The often incendiary host said Biden is also dragging the Democratic Party with him — a feeling former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi reportedly shares and has expressed concerns over.

The right-wing host then said he was "so happy" to get to use "the Hitler analogy in reverse." ...

Fox News show descends into chaos as furious hosts yell at each other over Biden comment

A tense exchange unfolded Monday on Fox News during a recess at the Republican National Convention over how strong rhetoric led to the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump.

The awkward discussion between Jessica Tarlov, a rotating co-host of "The Five," and "Gutfeld!" host Greg Gutfeld stemmed from a new interview clip of President Joe Biden.

In the clip, NBC News anchor Lester Holt asks Biden the consequences of incendiary language, and pressed the president on his statement that Trump is an "existential threat" and that it was "time to put Trump in the bulls-eye." The comments came before a gunman in Butler, Pennsylvania, shot at Trump with an AR-15 during a rally and killed an attendee. ...

'Elections don't work': Fox News host suggests America might have to have another civil war

Fox News commentator Greg Gutfeld suggested on Thursday that America might have no choice but to have another civil war, The Daily Beast reported.

"Gutfeld, whose rhetoric has grown angrier and more extreme in recent years, declared during Thursday’s broadcast of Fox News’ The Five that American democracy was no longer feasible. Instead, because crime has supposedly spun out of control — despite homicide rates falling this year and crime just a fraction of what it was 30 years ago — he suggested a radically violent solution," reported Justin Baragona.

The segment was discussing how some people charged with looting in Philadelphia were let go with only minor punishment, which Gutfeld called a "criminal mulligan" and tried to claim it was a completely different standard than what the January 6 rioters got — despite the fact that those circumstances were entirely different and that in fact many of the January 6 rioters were given light sentences....
