A supporter of former President Trump is facing federal charges after a raid on his home in Napa, California, uncovered dozens of weapons, thousands of rounds of ammunition, and materials that could be used to build pipe bombs, HuffPost reports.

Ian Rogers, 44, is charged with the federal crime of unlawful possession of unregistered destructive devices. He was arrested earlier this month.

An FBI affidavit says that Rogers claimed he built the pipe bombs solely for entertainment. He also had a sticker for the "Three-Percenters" militia group and said he wanted to "attack Democrats and places associated with Democrats in an effort to ensure Trump remained in office."

The FBI allegedly found text messages on his phone where he discussed potential targets.

"We can attack Twitter or the Democrats you pick," one test message read.

"We can attack Twitter and democrats easy right now burn they're (sic) shit down," read another. "I want to blow up a democrat building bad."

"I hope 45 goes to war if he doesn't I will," Rogers allegedly wrote.
