On Monday's Daily Show, Jon Stewart literally let Mike Huckabee's history of over-the-top rhetoric do all the talking.
Stewart kicked off his silent segment by replaying Huckabee's accusation that a nuclear agreement between the US and Iran would send Israel to the "door of the oven," a deliberate reference to the Holocaust.
Huckabee doubled down on Monday, arguing that he was justified in making the comparison because he had visited the infamous Auschwitz prison three separate occasions, prompting Stewart to react first in disbelief, then anger.
Stewart then seemed wistful for Huckabee's more cheerful attitude during his Fox News show, in which he would jam with soul legend Sam Cooke or extol the virtues of Popeye's Chicken.
That Huckabee, Stewart "said," was replaced by a person who made jokes about pretending to be transgender in high school so that he could shower with female classmates -- a remark which led to Stewart flipping him the middle finger.
