President Barack Obama will deliver his final State of the Union address on Tuesday night starting at 9 p.m. EST.
As Reuters reported, the White House has already signaled that Obama will look to strike a more optimistic tone during the address, to contrast what has been described as negative messaging by Republicans heading into this year's presidential elections.
