An Uber ride went awry when a driver pranked his riders by making them think they were involved in a drug deal for a massive amount of marijuana.

The video shows the driver getting a call from a man screaming at him about a delivery being made. The riders, understandably, feel bad for the driver for getting screamed at by an irate man.

"Do you have to make a stop?" one woman asks. The driver explains that it's his other boss. "What does he want so bad? You?" she asks.

Most of the riders tell the driver that they can stop if he needs to. That's when he pulls out a quart-sized bag full of a leafy substance that is supposed to be marijuana.

“We had to find out how people would react when pounds of marijuana were being sold during an uber ride,” the prankster wrote.

One woman riding begins to count out cash and asks if she can take a selfie with the bag because her friends wouldn't believe it.

Anther person in the back seat of the car takes the bag reluctantly. Later she's told that her prints on the bag and "you're in this as much as I am."

"Holy sh*t, dude!" a woman exclaims when the switch is made and the driver grabs a brick of cash.

In the end, the driver points out the camera and reveals the prank and gives the riders $100 for playing along.
