A student at South Division High School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin was arrested after getting into a physical altercation with a teacher.

The incident, which was captured on video by another student, shows the 16-year-old first shoving his teacher and then punching the man several times in the head, Fox6 reported.

The video seems to be shot from the back of the classroom and ultimately shows the teacher falling to the ground as the student continues to punch him.

"That scares me. Oh my god, that really scares me," parent Niki Gerth told TMJ4 in an interview. Her daughter is a freshman at the school.

The teacher is well-known and well regarded by students.

"He is kind of like helper," said 17-year-old Gustavo Miramontes. "He mostly just like if a kid has a question he will help them out if they are struggling or something."

Police told TMJ4 that they're sending the case to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office for possible battery charges.

The Journal Sentinel reported that the teacher sustained minor injuries
