Vanity Fair finds unlikely defender against the wrath of 'liberal snowflakes' after ill-fated Clinton video
Tomi Lahren

Vanity Fair drew significant criticism this week over a video proposing a series of mocking "New Year's resolutions" for former Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton.

The video, which Vanity Fair itself admits was an “attempt at humor” they “regret,” features several young writers suggesting Clinton take up knitting and pose for "more photos in the woods.”

It went over about as well as you’d expect, with many on the “triggered left” sharply criticizing the publication for it’s “sexist” take on the most admired woman in the America. Surprisingly, the video did find one defender: conservative talking head Tomi Lahren.

Lahren on Wednesday braved the wrath of “liberal snowflakes” everywhere to offer her seal of approval on the video.

“I’m just so happy that the mainstream media—the leftist mainstream media, might I add—Vanity Fair actually decided to make fun of Hillary Clinton,” Lahren said. “I give them some credit for that. Because they’re not really quick to do that and they’re gonna take some heat for it, but I applaud them. Finally they’re coming to their senses and they got a sense of humor.”
