White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders is holding a briefing with reporters on Tuesday. The event is scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m. (ET).
The briefing comes shortly after Sanders was contradicted by the head of the FBI.
FBI Director Christopher Wray told a Senate panel that his agency finished its background investigation into Rob Porter in July. But Sanders had insisted that the FBI's investigation was still "ongoing."
