Fox News dismisses idea of Megyn Kelly returning to their network

It appears that TV host Megyn Kelly is facing a downward spiral after making disparaging remarks about the term Blackface.

It was reported that Kelly has been booted from the NBC network, and might return to Fox News. However, Fox does not seem too eager to welcome Kelly back.

A report from the Daily Mail stated that Kelly might be more suited for Fox's fan base and that there are conversations happening about her return.

"There are tentative conversations underway about Kelly returning to Fox News, whose viewers despise what they perceive as 'political correctness' and would likely welcome her back with open arms," the report stated.

Adding, "Kelly was not particularly popular when she left the network among the staff, but many of her biggest detractors have since left Fox News."

However, when asked by senior TV editor at Variety, Brian Steinberg, about the speculation of Kelly returning, Fox replied by saying "we are extremely happy with our entire line-up."

Kelly failed to understand the racial implications of Blackface and said that it would be an appropriate Halloween custom.
