Attorney Michael Avenatti on Monday vowed to appeal a ruling by Judge S. James Otero against his client, adult film star Stormy Daniels in her lawsuit against President Donald Trump.

"Federal judge dismisses Stormy Daniels’ defamation lawsuit against Donald Trump," BuzzFeed News legal editor Chris Geidner tweeted.

Avenatti says, "Daniels’ other claims against Trump and Cohen proceed unaffected."

And he made a dig against Trump.

"Trump’s contrary claims are as deceptive as his claims about the inauguration attendance," he jabbed.

"We will appeal the dismissal of the defamation cause of action and are confident in a reversal," Avenatti vowed.
