A mysterious court filing related to former Trump "fixer" Michael Cohen has been made at the U.S. District Court in Manhattan -- and it's already been completely sealed away in a vault.

CNBC reports that the document, which is listed as "placed in vault" in its docket entry, was filed on Wednesday morning.

It is unknown who filed the document or its specific contents, but CNBC says it does involve one of the criminal cases leveled by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York against Cohen, who last week was sentenced to three years in prison after pleading guilty to charges of tax evasion, bank fraud, and making an illegal campaign contribution to President Donald Trump via hush-money payments to former Trump mistresses.

Cohen has also pleaded guilty to lying to Congress when he claimed that the Trump Tower Moscow project had ended in January 2016, when it became clear that Trump actually had a chance at winning the Republican nomination for the presidency. In reality, talks about the project continued for months, even after Trump had effectively won the nomination.
