Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) has filed an ethics complaint with the Louisiana Bar against Sen. David Vitter, R-LA, accusing him of violating professional conduct rules with his patronage of prostitutes. Rachel Maddow is joined by CREW Executive Director Melanie Sloan.
