'Occupy Wall Street' seeks new ways to remain radically inclusive

As the "Occupy Wall Street" protest in lower Manhattan grows, the demonstrators are hoping to find new ways to insure that everyone's voice is heard.

The New York City General Assembly -- the decision-making body for the protest -- describes itself as a “horizontal, autonomous, leaderless, modified-consensus-based system.”

The body tries to achieve complete consensus and prioritizes under-represented groups, but is looking for ways to make the system more efficient.

"The idea is we are growing at a faster rate than our infrastructure had initially been set up for, and so we're modifying it to maintain the level of horizontalism and inclusion," one protester, Amin Husain, explained.
