Fox News host Bill O'Reilly doesn't understand why anyone would listen to Republican presidential candidates Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich because "[t]hey'll say anything" to win the GOP nomination.

CNBC's Carl Quintanilla asked O'Reilly on Monday if Gingrich could move ahead by attacking Romney for making millions while laying off thousands during his days at Bain Capital.

"You know, I don't know who listens to this kind of stuff," O'Reilly shrugged. "I've got Romney on tonight on [The O'Reilly Factor]. It's all gamesmanship. It's amusing to us because we don't have anything else to do."

"But who cares about what Gingrich says about Romney or vice versa? They're trying to get the nomination! They'll say anything!" he added.

"It's all about trying to position your opponent as a demon out of 'The Exorcist.' So, it goes in, it goes out. The folks are smart. They'll make the right decision."

O'Reilly told Quintanilla that while he respected Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN), "I don't think she has a chance this time around."

As for Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX), "[h]is foreign policy disqualifies him," O'Reilly said.
