Stephen Colbert wildly celebrated getting his super PAC back from Jon Stewart Monday evening by breaking an exciting bit of news: it has made over $1 million, mostly from small donations.

Colbert explained to his audience how January 31st was the deadline for all super PAC's to disclosure their financial reports to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

"It's a great day for transparency," he said. "Because tomorrow, voters in Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina and Florida will finally have the vital information that would have be useful before they voted."

Colbert told his viewers that his super PAC has filed all their paperwork and would place how much they have raised on their website.

"I think some people are going to be pleasantly dropping a load in their pants," he bragged.

Colbert is certainly justified to "toot his own horn." His super PAC revealed they have received over a million dollars in donations.

"Yeah! How you like me now, F.E.C?" he said in a letter from his super PAC. "I'm rolling seven digits deep! I got 99 problems but a non-connected independent-expenditure only committee ain't one!"
