Occupy Wall Street portesters are targeting Bank of America's annual shareholder meeting today in Charlotte, N.C., in which they're demonstrating against the nation's second-largest bank's taking of taxpayer bailout money, according to reporting from Reuters.
Protestors chanted, "We are the 99 percent." Occupiers have also told The Huffington Post they view shareholder meeting protests as preparation for demonstrations they plan to hold at September's Democratic National Convention.
Occupy protesters also targeted a Wells Fargo shareholders meeting in April.
