Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke faces a second day of questions on the U.S. and world economy before a Senate committee. In his testimony Tuesday, Bernanke admitted that the U.S. economic data was "disappointing" and a declining changes to the country's unemployment rate are "frustratingly slow."
