Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is reportedly doing fine and expected to make a "full recovery," doctors told CBS "This Morning" on Tuesday.
The secretary and former first lady was hospitalized over the weekend after doctors detected a blood clot stemming from a concussion she sustained earlier in December.
Clinton, just named by Gallup the "most admired" woman in the U.S. for the 17th time, is expected to be stepping down in the coming weeks. President Barack Obama said earlier this month he's nominating Sen. John Kerry (D-MA) to replace her.
