It's every skydiver's worst fear.
On Saturday, local officials in Zephyrhills, Fla., found the bodies of two jumpers who had gone missing earlier that day, according to the Associated Press.
A massive search was initiated after the skydive instructor and the student, both from Iceland, failed to return from a jump. It was their third trip of the day.
Authorities had no comment as to whether or not they found the men with open parachutes. According to the video below, the manager of the skydiving company said each parachute comes with automatic deployment devices, so there is speculation that the men may have gotten tangled up together on the way down.
The two men had jumped with a group of 20 others just outside of Tampa.
