Fox News host Brian Kilmeade on Wednesday was shocked to find out that bulletproof whiteboards were being distributed to some schools because "we assume a shooter is coming."
Following the failure to pass any type of new gun control legislation after the massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut, Rocori School District decided to distribute more than 200 small bulletproof whiteboards.
"I cannot believe it's come to that!" Kilmeade exclaimed on Wednesday. "We assume a shooter's coming, just protect us against the bullets. Incredible."
Following the tragic murder/suicide of Kansas City Chiefs football player Jovan Belcher and his girlfriend, Kasandra Perkins, late last year, Kilmeade defended gun culture in the United States, suggesting that gun control was not an effective solution to out-of-control violence.
"People have a way of getting guns that want to get guns," the Fox News host insisted. "You have a way of getting them if they were illegal."
