A Florida woman alerted police and local media when she found a bag containing candy and a Ku Klux Klan recruitment flyer lying on the lawn in front of her home on Monday morning.
Orlando's WFTV Channel 9 reported that the woman -- who lives in a mostly black neighborhood -- has no idea why her house was targeted.
"It's concerning because why did you come to this neighborhood?" the woman said.
The flyer urged residents to join the white supremacist group. Also in the bag where several pieces of candy. The woman who found the bag said her children wanted to eat the candy, but she refused to let them.
"And when they found them, they wanted to eat the candy and what I did, I'm like, 'Well, where did this candy come from?'" she said.
Flyers were also found at a public park nearby in the neighborhood.
Sheriff Ben Johnson told Channel 9 that this is the flyers for the KKK have been distributed in Volusia County in 2014.
