Bobbi Kristina Brown dies at 22 after five months in coma

Bobbi Kristina Brown, daughter of singers Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, passed away Sunday at the age of 22.


According to ETOnline, Brown was surrounded by family when she took her last breath at Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth, Georgia.

A statement from the family said, ""She is finally at peace in the arms of God. We want to again thank everyone for their tremendous amount of love and support during these last few months."

Brown was found unresponsive in the bathtub in her Atlanta home on Jan. 31. Her fiancé Nick Gordon has been questioned by police regarding the circumstances surrounding her death.

A source close to the family to ETOnline that Brown died, like her mother, of an apparent drug overdose. She was found just days shy of the three-year anniversary of her mother's death by drug overdose and drowning in a hotel bathtub on Feb. 11, 2011.
