Saturday Night Live alumnus and Lonely Island founder Andy Samberg tore into both Republican 2016 frontrunner Donald Trump and anti-marriage equality Kentucky county clerk Kim Davis in his opening monologue for the 2015 Emmy Awards.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, Samberg quipped, "Racism is over! Don't fact-check that" before dinging Trump by saying, "Donald Trump is running for president to the delight of uncles everywhere, but I've gotta say. Sure, Donald Trump seems racist...what else?"
Bernie Sanders, he said, "always looks like his flight is delayed. Guy's a mess."
Samberg went on to say that he's not particularly interested in following celebrity chef Paula Deen's progress on Dancing With the Stars.
"If I wanted to see an intolerant lady dance, I would've gone to one of Kim Davis' four weddings," he said.
