Alemao was wearing a T-shirt with the words, "Heil Trumpler" written across the front. He was arrested both by police and the Secret Service and could face 30 days in jail and a fine if convicted.
Trump was speaking at the University of Iowa Field House on Tuesday night to a packed audience, which included rowdy protesters, the Register reports.
The real estate mogul and reality TV star-turned-politician has abruptly pulled out of a Fox News-hosted GOP debate on Thursday night ahead of the caucuses, citing a beef with moderator and Fox News host Megyn Kelly.
