Confused and hurt as to why their profiles kept getting rejected on dating sites like OK Cupid, a group of Trump supporters have started their own online singles group.

According the The New Republic, TrumpSingles.com seeks to bring together like-minded conservative voters who are tired of the hostility shown to them on conventional dating sites.

“I think there’s a special stigma when people say they’re supporting Trump, because of some of the brash things that he’s said,” said the site's founder David Goss to the New York Post. “That immediately gets [projected] on his supporters, and it makes it hard for them when trying to date.”

“Trump is bastardized and demonized in the media, so I kind of keep to myself that I’m a Trump supporter because people can have a violent reaction to it,” said one user, "Richard" -- a 27-year-old retail sales associate and professed Libertarian. “It’s hard for me sometimes to meet new people.”

The Post said that the site has more than 500 members, but New Republic's Adam Peck found that diversity is not TrumpSingles.com's strongest suit.

"A quick search finds zero Hispanic, African-American, Arab, or gay men within 100 miles of D.C.," wrote Peck.
