If you thought Donald Trump's take on the Brexit was idiotic... well, you haven't seen anything until you've seen Sarah Palin's scorching take.
On her Facebook page Friday, Palin cheered on voters in the United Kingdom for voting to leave the European Union. While this in and of itself was predictable, Palin passed Go and collected a $200 one-way ticket to Crazyville Station by spouting conspiratorial rhetoric worthy of Alex Jones.
"Good on you for ignoring all the fear mongering from special interest globalists who tend to aim for that apocalyptic One World Government that dissolves a nation's self-determination and sovereignty... the EU being a One World Government mini-me," Palin wrote/sputtered on Facebook. "America can learn an encouraging lesson from this. It is time to dissolve political bands that connect us to agendas not in our best interest. May UN shackles be next on the chopping block."
Someone call the black helicopters, Sarah Palin is onto us!
At any rate, this is as good a time as any to remind you that John McCain eight years ago thought this woman was fit to serve as the Vice President of the United States. This would be a hilarious joke, except the entire Republican Party has now told us that Donald Trump is fit to be President of the United States.
