After ditching an interview with Cosmo Magazine because the reporter asked her questions about her father's past sexist statements, Ivanka Trump took to Twitter to defend herself.
The problems came after Cosmo writer Prachi Gupta asked for specifics on the Trump plan for childcare. The details are sketchy, but Yahoo News writer Garance Franke-Ruta revealed that the plan to help moms only applies to married women, not to gay male couples or to single mothers.
Ivanka Trump is now struggling to clarify and clean up the catastrophe by refocusing on "women and families." Her continued problem, however, is that it only applies to some women and some families.
