The son of Alabama's suspended Chief Justice Roy Moore was arrested for the eighth time in a five year period.
According to AL.com, Caleb Moore was charged with misdemeanors over the Thanksgiving holiday for hunting without permission and hunting over bait.
It is at least the eighth time Caleb Moore has been arrested in the last five years. Most recently, he was charged with felony drug possession in 2015. He has also faced numerous other charges for drug possession and driving under the influence.
Caleb Moore has reportedly placed part of the blame for his troubles on his controversial father, Roy Moore, who was suspended from Alabama's Supreme Court after he disobeyed a U.S. Supreme Court's ruling that legalized same-sex marriage. The suspended chief justice has been a longtime opponent of LGBT rights and a proponent of mixing government with Christianity.
