President-Elect Donald Trump met with 30-40 media heads, "including the big news anchors" from various networks on Monday in an "off-the-record" meeting at Trump Tower that did not go well, the New York Post reported.
One source told the outlet "It was like a f*cking firing squad." The source added, "Trump started with [CNN chief] Jeff Zucker and said 'I hate your network, everyone at CNN is a liar and you should be ashamed.'"
Another source said, "Trump kept saying, 'We’re in a room of liars, the deceitful dishonest media who got it all wrong.'"
