Some of Donald Trump's supporters are taking their trolling to a new level. After a fire at an Oakland, California warehouse over the weekend killed at least 36 people, many are trying to locate and identify their missing loved ones.
People shared information about their missing loved ones to a Facebook page called "Memorial Page for Oakland Fire," asking for any information on their whereabouts.
Anne Mendiola shared a photo of her 35-year-old sister-in-law, asking whether anyone had seen her. That's when the missing woman's Facebook page was trolled by Trump supporters, Mediaite reports.
Mendiola's sister, Jennifer, who goes by Alana Kane, has been missing since the fire on Friday night, but that didn't stop Trump supporters from trolling her Facebook posts.
In one of Kane's posts about the push for college campuses across the country to become sanctuary schools for undocumented immigrants, a Facebook user named Chris Hedum wrote "sanctuary schools? fuck no. rip. Trump2029."
On another of her posts about a Nov. 9 anti-Trump protest in Oakland, a Facebook user named Maureen Homersham commented, "Worst post ever on FB. You should be so ashamed of yourself." Hedum added, "Trump2020."
Another person named Emily Warren wrote, "Karma!! All these anti-TRUMP anarchists are burning in HELL. quite literally I'd say!" Warren's comment has since been removed.

This is unfortunately not the first time that Trump supporters have trolled Facebook users in the wake of a tragedy. Last week, a transgender woman's Facebook page was desecrated by Trump trolls after she posted a suicide note to her profile and took her own life.
Friends and family have yet to hear from Kane since Friday night. Mendiola told the Sacramento Bee the family is assuming the worst, noting "her phone has been dead."
Mendiola said, "She just loved life, and she loved going out dancing. She was adventurous."
