Democratic group Progress North Carolina is broadcasting today's protests at the state capitol in Raleigh via Facebook Live.
Democrats are gathered to demand access to the state Senate's special session where Republican lawmakers are preparing a bill in secret to cripple the incoming administration of Democratic governor-elect Roy Cooper.
