President Donald Trump was up early on Monday morning tweeting out his feelings about segments he was watching on Fox & Friends.
First, Trump tweeted out a video from Fox & Friends about a report that claimed former FBI Director James Comey included classified information in some of the memos that he wrote about his interactions with Trump.

After sending out that tweet, the president proceeded to accuse his former FBI director of committing a felony for supposedly leaking out classified information to the media.
"James Comey leaked CLASSIFIED INFORMATION to the media," Trump wrote. "That is so illegal!"

The Fox segment was based on a report in The Hill that claimed "more than half of the memos former FBI chief James Comey wrote as personal recollections of his conversations with President Trump about the Russia investigation have been determined to contain classified information."
Contrary to the president's assertions, however, nothing in the report stated that any of the classified information contained within the Comey memos leaked out to the press.
Comey originally sent some of the memos to a friend earlier this year and instructed him to leak out select information from the memos to the New York Times. Comey did not send full copies of the memos to the Times or any other media outlet, and has now shared them with congressional investigators who are looking into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.
