The hosts of "The View" gathered a hilarious collection of interviews over the past week of new White House communications chief Anthony Scaramucci and the many times he contradicted himself.

In a series of late night tweets, Scaramucci appeared to blame Chief of Staff Reince Priebus for releasing the financial disclosure form. In fact, the form was released because it was requested through the Freedom of Information Act to a media outlet. Preibus wasn't consulted.

Introducing a clip of Scaramucci on CNN "New Day," co-host Whoopi Goldberg said that he tried to clarify his tweets, but it didn't work out that way.

"When I put out a tweet and put Reince's name in the tweet they're making the assumption it's him because journalists know who the leakers are. So, if Reince wants to explain he's not a leaker let him do that," Scaramucci said. Essentially, The Mooch is putting Priebus in a tweet and then saying people talking about Pribus to prove Priebus was the leaker.

"I guess this is happening because The Mooch has only joined the administration like last Friday, but he just doesn't seem to -- he seems to want a lot of attention," noted Goldberg.

"I think that el Mooche, as I like to call him," co-host Joy Behar said. "He has a big personality and charismatic in his own way. I was watching him this morning. He doesn't shut up. No period. Like Kellyanne Conway they don't believe in a period at the end of a sentence. He has a big personality. I guarantee you The Donald is going to be threatened by him shortly and he may be going the Spicer route. Just watch. He doesn't like to be overshadowed by the underlings. And el Mooche has a great personality."

"Remember when he said you won't see me a lot at the podium?" asked co-host Sara Haines said. "All of the sudden the phone is ringing and — he filibustered. All I heard from [CNN's Chris] Cuomo is 'uh...'"

"Doesn't Donald Trump want el Mooche to do that?" co-host Sunny hostin asked.

"Yeah, well, he had just gotten off the phone with the president and talked about that, because if Chris was nice to him, he could come back again," Haines continued. Hostins was shocked. "He did! He said to Chris, 'If you're nice to me...'"

Behar cut in to note that Trump has to give permission for "el Mooche" to come on. Hostin needed to clarify if it was il Mooche or el Mooche. Behar explained that it was "el Mooche" like "el douche."

They then ran the clip of the new communications director struggling to keep his stories straight.

"He's also a little paranoid about what's going on," Behar said.

Co-host Jedediah Bila explained that she wouldn't have known anything about the strife going on if it wasn't for Scaramucci drawing attention to it.

"One thing I'll say about him is that he likes to shake things up and I think Donald likes to shake things up. What I learned from this is that Nooch apparently has a problem with Reince Priebus, who represents the establishment which tells me Donald Trump has a problem with Reince Priebus," Bila said. "Like we wouldn't have known any of this information about that except for the fact that Mooch is the leak!"

Behar noted that Trump is often also accidently leaking things as well.

Scaramucci has now retracted his attack on Priebus. White House staffers are already mocking him after the meltdown interview with Cuomo Thursday morning via telephone.
