Rapper Kendrick Lamar -- who is nominated for multiple MTV Video Music Awards for the album "DAMN" -- threw jabs at Fox News and its racist coverage of police brutality and Black Lives Matter in an audio montage before his performance at the 2017 awards ceremony.
Lamar opened the show with a medley of his hits "DNA" and "Humble."
