BUSTED: Senate candidate Marsha Blackburn’s campaign video blocked by Twitter

Published

on

Twitter has blocked Rep. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN)’s Senate campaign announcement video because of the ad’s “inflammatory rhetoric.”

According to the Associated Press, the social network decided to block Blackburn’s video where she claimed to have “stopped the sale of baby body parts” due to her “inflammatory statement that is likely to evoke a strong negative reaction.”

Later in the announcement video, Blackburn also professes to “carry a gun in [her purse]” and expresses a desire to “fight with [President Donald Trump] every step of the way” to build his border wall with Mexico.

Tea Party ex-lawmaker admits he was wrong about Obama — calls him a much better president than Trump

Published

on

Sidestepping questions over whether he will primary Donald Trump, former Tea Party Republican lawmaker Joe Walsh launched a brutal attack on the president comparing him unfavorably to one of his previous foes: President Barack Obama.

Speaking with CNN hosts John Berman and Alisyn Camerota, the former Illinois congressman refused to commit to running but sketched out what any GOP candidates running against the embattled president must do to have a chance to rally disaffected Republican voters.

"I think we overanalyze Trump, "Walsh began. "He's not complicated, he's a horrible human being. He's a bad, bad guy."

‘Buckle up’: Russia experts predict a full-on onslaught of Kremlin interference in 2020 election

Published

on

Former special counsel Robert Mueller's report detailed a stunning scope of actions taken by the Russian government, or on their behalf, to sabotage the integrity of the 2016 presidential election — ranging from the troll farm at the Kremlin-backed Internet Research Agency disrupting social media, to Russian officials trying to get in contact with President Donald Trump's campaign.

But that could just be the beginning. On Thursday, Axios laid out how the United States is still vulnerable to an attack of the sort Russia perpetrated in 2016 — and how the attack could be even worse in 2020.

President Donald Trump's eldest son helped a right-wing website smear a New York Times editor by retweeting more than a dozen links to a report exposing the journalist's alleged anti-Semitism.

Breitbart published a report Thursday morning digging up decade-old tweets by Tom Wright-Piersanti, a senior staff editor who oversees political coverage, apparently joking about Jewish and Indian college classmates.

Disgusting. But we shouldn’t expect any better from the New York Times. This is who they are.
