On Sunday, Brock Long — chief administrator for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) — excused the Trump administration’s lead-footed response to Hurricane Maria by calling it “the most logistically challenging event in U.S. history.”
However, reports from Puerto Rican officials and even from Army Lt. Gen. Jeff Buchanan — the administration’s highest appointed official on the ground — have called the federal response haphazard and bureaucratically snarled.
Sick of excuses and blame-shifting from President Donald Trump and his administration, Twitter uses vented on Long and his statement.

Oh FFS. We put a man on the moon with less technology than you're holding in your hand. Um, NO, your other hand, BROCK https://t.co/2qq4usLUnz

Maybe this was Brock Long's subtle way of announcing that the Moon Landing was faked?

Building the Panama Canal involved solving how malaria was spread for starters. Brock Long don't know much about history.
