CNN host Jake Tapper took a break from tweeting about news and politics on Thursday and instead dedicated his Twitter feed to the deaths of 20 children and six staff members at Sandy Hook Elementary School in 2012.

On the five year anniversary of one of the nation's deadliest mass shootings, Tapper began by simply marking the occassion with a link to CNN's online tribute.
