Birmingham's ABC affiliate is reporting that Republican senate nominee Roy Moore has kicked Washington Post reporters out of his election night party.
"Just spoke with Moore campaign, which confirmed reporters from the Washington Post were asked to leave the election night party. The campaign said the WaPo was notified yesterday their credentials were denied," ABC 33/40 News correspondent Lauren Walsh tweeted Tuesday from Moore's party.
The Moore campaign has been angry at The Post since the newspaper ran credibility allegations of sexual misconduct against Moore.
An operative linked to James O'Keefe's "Project Veritas" attempted to peddle a false story to The Post. The undercover operation had the unintended effect of proving the rigorous journalism standards at The Post.
