President Donald Trump is slated to deliver remarks at the opening of the Mississippi Civil Rights Museum today, with his address expected to take place at 12PM ET.

The president will be speaking at a separate private event rather than in the public ceremony after Trump was on the receiving end of criticism from civil rights leaders after his invitation was announced.
