CNN's Erin Burnett proves women can enjoy crunchy chips amid 'crunchless Lady Doritos' fallout

After Doritos was summarily dragged by Twitter when PepsiCo's CEO suggested the company intended to make "crunchless" chips for ladies, CNN host Erin Burnett joined in on the fun with some on-air levity.

"When bad ideas happen to good chips," the CNN chyron read as correspondent Jeanne Moos took to the streets to interview real women about how they feel about chip crunching.

"Sounds like she has a chip on her shoulder," the correspondent said after one woman said she'd "enjoy the hell out of" even the "crunchiest, messiest Dorito."

After Moos poured an entire bag of them on her face, Burnett appeared inspired.

"I've been eating Doritos this whole time just to make a point," she said before speaking with her mouth full.
