Former pharmaceutical company CEO Martin Shkreli is known for having a scientifically punchable face -- and even his attorney concedes he'd like to slug him.

The widely hated Turing Pharmaceuticals founder will be sentenced Friday after he was convicted in August of defrauding investors in two hedge funds he ran, MSMB Capital and MSMB Healthcare, and he was also convicted of conspiring to prop up the stock price of Retrophin, another drug company he founded.

His attorney, Benjamin Brafman, said during the hearing that he was sometimes frustrated by the 34-year-old Shkreli's self-defeating antics.

"There are times I want to punch him in the face, because he's made my job more difficult by some of the things he's said," Brafman told the court.
