Seth Meyers nails Trump for firing Tillerson with a tweet: Domino's employees are treated with more dignity

When it comes to personnel matters, Late Night's Seth Meyers mused that President Donald Trump shows less sympathy than a popular pizza delivery company.

Secretary of State Rex Tillerson "found out that he was fired from a Trump tweet," the host noted.

"Even when you get fired from Dominoes," Meyers joked, "the manager takes you into that crappy little office and tells you to your face."

He went on to posit that Tillerson, who like former FBI director James Comey learned he was fired from the publicity surrounding his termination rather than from the president himself, was fired in such a manner due to his height.

"If you're over six feet tall, Trump wants no part of giving you bad news," Meyers mused. "That's why he's jumping at the chance to meet with Kim Jong-un."

"'He's how short?'" the host said in his best Trump impression. "'Oh, I'll look like a giant next to him!'"
