
Twelve years ago, OJ Simpson wrote a book called If I Did It that gave a "hypothetical" account of the murders of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown, and her friend, Ron Goldman.
A normal rollout for the book was planned by its publisher, HarperCollins, but was scuttled by public backlash and lawsuits by the victims' families.
An artifact of the time, an interview with Soledad O’Brien, finally aired tonight on Fox.
Simpson is clear to state it's a "hypothetical," but then gives a detailed account of what might have happened.
