Newly-released police footage shows the officer killed Alton Sterling in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in July of 2015 called him a "stupid ass motherf*cker" after fatally shooting him.
Reuters reported on Friday afternoon that Blaine Salamoni, the officer who killed Sterling, has been fired. Howie Lake, the second officer involved, has been suspended for three days.
