A Philadelphia Eagles fan who was caught on camera flipping over a car in Philadelphia after the team's Super Bowl win in February will not get any jail time -- and he could even get the record of his arrest completely expunged next year.

PhillyMag.com reports that 20-year-old John Rigsby, whose father is veteran Villanova basketball radio announcer Robert "Whitey" Rigsby, has entered an accelerated rehabilitative disposition (ARD) probationary program, which means that he will completely avoid jail time for his role in flipping over a car on Broad Street last month.

Rigsby, who is a resident of the small Pennsylvania borough of Malvern, was entered into the program despite the fact that two charges that were leveled against him -- rioting and criminal conspiracy -- are felonies that PhillyMag.com notes "could have carried jail time."

"Under ARD, a defendant can completely avoid prosecution if they stick to the terms of their probation and don’t break the law for the duration of the ARD, which, in Rigsby’s case, is one year," the magazine explains.

In addition to avoiding prison, Rigsby got all his monthly probation fees waived for the duration of his participation in the program, and he could also see all records of his arrest totally expunged after he completes the program next year.
